The Fair Housing Change Alliance (FHCA) defends the rights and dignity of tenants, especially people with disabilities and those facing systemic discrimination. We provide advocacy, education, and organizing to ensure that all people have safe, habitable, and accessible homes. We hold housing authorities and municipalities accountable to fair housing law, civil rights protections, and the principle that housing is a foundation of justice.
